The lot is round about enclosed and can be locked off as well.
Included is a terrace with gardenfurniture (including a parasol) overlooking the water, and a pier where the boat can be parked.
There is a small shed for your use and a parking place for your car.

The ivingroom is furnished with a large cornered couch, a diningroomset; you will find here an audioset, LED fatscreen tv, dvd & cd player. Furthermore a pelletheater, several electrical heaters and an slidingdoor to the terrace.

The kitchen is completely equiped, a gas cooker, oven, fridge, dishwasher, coffeemachine, senseo coffeemachine, electical waterkettel, toaster.Cutlery etc. for 6 persons.
A combination microwave in the nearby shed.

In the bathroom is the shower, washbasin and toilet.

One bedroom has a double bed with 2 a matrasses, each size of 80 x 200 cm. A closet wall.
The smaller bedroom has two single beds above ane another (bunkbeds), each 80 x 200 cm divided by a closet.
Included quilts: 6 x single quilts and 1 double quilt. (synthetic) and 4 cushions.
